Age really separates us and it goes a long way! Being Canada’s oldest (And one of North Americas oldest) authorized dealer for the full line of Vespa & Piaggio products has provided us with years of experience that no other dealer can compare to.
As an “authorized” Vespa & Piaggio dealer we are SPECIALISTS in Vespa and Piaggio. We have full and exclusive access to OEM parts, specialized tools and annual training from Italy via their North American offices of Piaggio Group Americas (PGA).
Non-authorized dealers would have to purchase parts from us and we do not supply these dealers (hence the additional mark up they would place on the part being sold to you if we did). We stock in-house over $150,000 worth of parts and accessories to handle Canada’s largest market. That’s more parts than most Canadian dealers combined.
We have all the PGA specified specialty tools to complete any job right the first time.
Piaggio Aprilia Diagnostic System (P.A.D.S.) is a system that is only supplied to authorized PGA dealers. P.A.D.S. is the computer hardware integration that allows us to connect to your Vespa for diagnostic support. Along with its diagnostic capabilities it allows us to remap new software into the Vespa ECU as updates become available from corporate technical centre.
You can't get this kind of service from any corner garage.

WHEN TO SERVICE?
All new vehicle Break-in period is at 1000km
Service intervals are 3000-5000km depending on the vehicle you own
Once yearly in the fall prior to winter storage
Brake fluids should be flushed every 2 years
Coolant should be flushed every 2 years
Transmission belts should be replaced after 5 years of age or at the mileage intervals stated in your owners manual

Winter Storage is available from November 15 to March 31 as our service and store package deal.

Why choose us?
Many bodyshops will not repair Vespa as they do not have access to paint codes, body parts or service manuals. They specialize in cars not bikes. Insurance companies prefer us as we are and authorized dealer for Vespa.
We are specialist in what we do and we do it well. Our partners at Sun Collision (http://www.suncollision.ca/showroom) are known and trusted for their paint work on vintage antiques to bikes to luxury exotics. Their body shop also has an indoor museum of restored Vespas, rare Vespa 400's, Piaggio Ape' as well as rare Fiats and other Italian exotics.
Your Vespa will be stripped down by us. Transported to Sun Collision for body & paint and returned to our dealership for reassembly.
BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY A USED BIKE!
We have seen several bikes posted by sellers online offering Vespas that have been purchased as salvage (written off by the former owners insurance company due to excessive damage) repaired on the cheap and resold to the unsuspecting buyer.
Vespa Toronto West will not certify or repair these vehicles as they are unsafe for use.
